- 2 units Red pepper
- 1/4 units Chicken (breast)
- 1 units Tomato
- 1/2 cups Frozen corn desg
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1/8 units Coriander
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1Prepare the ingredients: Wash the peppers and cut with a knife the top to leave hollow. Carefully remove the seeds and wash them to remove the rest. Wash and chop the cilantro fine. Wash, peel and chop the tomatoes into fine cubes, keeping the juice.
- 2Cook the chicken breast (put cold water, once the water boils, lower the heat and cook covered for 25/30 mins). A list once out of the water and crumble.
- 3Prepare corn according to instructions on the package.
- 4Mix tomato, chicken, corn and coriander. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
- 5Stuff the peppers and serve.
