- 100 grams Buttery cheese
- 1.5 units Tomato
- 1/2 cups Milk cream
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cups Queso parm gratedo

- 1For the puree: wash and peel the potatoes.In a pot, throwing the potatoes into boiling water with salt (20 to 30 mins).When you are already cooked (soft), styling and grind until you form a puree.Add butter and stir up to homogenize.Incorporate milk to achieve the desired consistency.
- 2In individual pailas or at a fountain for an oven, arrange cheese cubes, dice tomato and a uniformly distributed cream.
- 3Tap with the puree and add grated cheese.
- 4Bake until you feel that cheese and cream are melted (sound Glu Glu) and the puree is gratinated.
