  • 0.38 cups Pan gratedo
  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 1/2 units Carrot
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 units Chard
  • 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    Wash the chard.Boil water.Once boiled, turn to cook the surf surf, about 5 to 10 mins approximately.

    Drain and squeeze and grind at Immersion Blender.Add the milk until reaching the desired consistency.Add a little olive oil.Add salt and pepper to taste.
