- 250 grams Beef (ground)
- 1 units Egg
- 0.38 cups Pan gratedo
- 1 units Onion
- 1 units Carrot
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 250 grams Pumpkin
- 1/4 cups Milk cream
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones

- 1For the puree: peel the pumpkin and cut it into medium pieces.Put on a can of the oven without salt or oil and roast for about 30 mins.
- 2Make a rush with the onion, carrot, oregano and a little olive oil.Separate in halves (half for the puree and half for hamburgers).
- 3When the pumpkin is ready (soft), grind with a fork or in the Blender Immersion according to preference.Add half the stir and cream and continue processing until you reach desired consistency.
- 4Mix with your hands meat, bread grated and eggs.
- 5Add the rest of the stir and mix well.Salpimentary at ease.
- 6Form the hamburgers and fry them in wonder oil.
- 7Serve accompanied by pumpkin puree.
