  • 250 grams Beef (ground)
  • 1 units Egg
  • 0.38 cups Pan gratedo
  • 1 units Onion
  • 1 units Carrot
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 250 grams Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cups Milk cream
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    For the puree: peel the pumpkin and cut it into medium pieces.Put on a can of the oven without salt or oil and roast for about 30 mins.

    Make a rush with the onion, carrot, oregano and a little olive oil.Separate in halves (half for the puree and half for hamburgers).

    When the pumpkin is ready (soft), grind with a fork or in the Blender Immersion according to preference.Add half the stir and cream and continue processing until you reach desired consistency.

    Mix with your hands meat, bread grated and eggs.

    Add the rest of the stir and mix well.Salpimentary at ease.

    Form the hamburgers and fry them in wonder oil.

    Serve accompanied by pumpkin puree.
