- 250 grams Salmon fish)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cups Sour cream
- 1 units Scallion
- 1/2 cups Coriander
- 1/2 units Lemon
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 2 units Potato
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones

- 1Remove the salmon fillets of the refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Meanwhile prepare sauce.
- 2Peel the potatoes and place in a pot with a pinch of salt and cold water covering them. From the moment boiling water, cooking for 20 min, until they are soft
- 3For the sauce: In a blender, add sour cream, green onions, half of the cilantro, lemon juice, finely chopped garlic and season with salt to taste. Process until the cilantro is finely chopped.
- 4In a small bowl mix cumin, a quarter of coriander, pepper and salt to taste. Drying both sides of the salmon with paper towels, season both sides with this mixture uniformly
- 5In a pan, heat the oil to medium-high. Add salmon and cook for 4 minutes per side, until brown and cook out inside.
- 6Serve hot with creamy cilantro sauce and served with potatoes drizzled with olive oil and salt.
