- 150 grams Flour (no powder)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
- 110 grams Butter
- 200 grams White beans
- 4 units Egg
- 4 units Purple Onion
- 1 units Tomato
- 20 grams Olive oil
- 50 grams White wine tetra
- 150 grams Milk cream
- 1 tsp Concentrated tomato
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 125 grams Crab
- 30 grams Parmesan
Instrucciones

- 1Put in the glass all the ingredients of the dough (150 gr of flour, salt, sugar, 100 gr of butter and 40 ml of cold water) and mix 15 sec / Speed 6.
- 2Remove the mass from the glass and extend over a mold mold 26 cm.
- 3Preheat the oven at 180º C.
- 4Click with a fork the dough and cover with an aluminum foil and sprinkle the dry white beans (technique so that the dough does not rise during cooking in the oven)
- 5Bake the mass at 180º C for 10 minutes.
- 6Remove the dough from the oven, and remove the aluminum foil with white beans, paint the base with egg and cook for 2-3 minutes more in the oven. Remove from the oven and reserve.
- 7Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Put in the glass the purple onions, the tomato, the olive oil and Triture 5 sec / Speed 6, and then Sofra 7 Min / 120º C / Speed 1. (TM31: 7 min / Varoma / Speed 1).
- 8Add the wine and schedule 2 min / 120 º C / SPEED 1. (TM31: 2 min / varoma / Speed 1)
- 9Add cream, eggs, tomato concentrate, salt, pepper, jaiba and mix 10 sec / Speed 5.
- 10Remove the mixture from the glass and add to the pre-baked take, sprinkle the grated cheese and the remaining remaining of butter in squares. Gratine for 25 minutes at 180º C.
- 11Remove from the oven.
- 12Serve.
