- 3/4 cups Chickpeas
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/4 units Carrot
- 1/4 units Marraqueta
- 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones

- 1Soak the chickpeas of the previous day.
- 2Take cook the chickpeas from cold water, about 40 mins approx.Go testing every time and when they are soft, they are ready.
- 3While they cook, make a stirring with the onion and fine minced carrot.
- 4Soak the bread in the milk.
- 5Once the chickpeas are ready, mix in the squeeze: 1/3 of the chickpeas, the previously squeezed bread and the sofrito.Skip to taste and liquefy.
- 6Return to the pot with the rest of whole chickpeas and stir well.
- 7Serve immediately.
