  • 3/4 cups Chickpeas
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 1/4 units Carrot
  • 1/4 units Marraqueta
  • 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    Soak the chickpeas of the previous day.

    Take cook the chickpeas from cold water, about 40 mins approx.Go testing every time and when they are soft, they are ready.

    While they cook, make a stirring with the onion and fine minced carrot.

    Soak the bread in the milk.

    Once the chickpeas are ready, mix in the squeeze: 1/3 of the chickpeas, the previously squeezed bread and the sofrito.Skip to taste and liquefy.

    Return to the pot with the rest of whole chickpeas and stir well.

    Serve immediately.
