- 3/4 cups Black beans
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/4 units Carrot
- 1/4 units Marraqueta
- 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones

- 1Soak the white beans the day before.
- 2Take to cook the white beans from cold water, approx 40 mins. Keep trying every so often and when they are soft, they are ready.
- 3As they cook, make a sauce with chopped onion and carrot fine.
- 4Soak bread in milk.
- 5Once ready the white beans, mixed into the juicer: 1/3 of white beans, bread soaked previously crushed and sofrito. Season to taste and blend.
- 6Put back into the pot with the remaining whole white beans and stir well.
- 7Serve immediately.
