  • 3/4 cups Black beans
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 1/4 units Carrot
  • 1/4 units Marraqueta
  • 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    Soak the white beans the day before.

    Take to cook the white beans from cold water, approx 40 mins. Keep trying every so often and when they are soft, they are ready.

    As they cook, make a sauce with chopped onion and carrot fine.

    Soak bread in milk.
  5. 5
    Once ready the white beans, mixed into the juicer: 1/3 of white beans, bread soaked previously crushed and sofrito. Season to taste and blend.

    Put back into the pot with the remaining whole white beans and stir well.
  7. 7
    Serve immediately.
