- 200 grams Pasta (tortellini)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1.5 tbsp Flour (no powder)

- 3/4 cups Skim milk
- 1/4 cups Milk cream
- 400 grams Canned tomatoes
- 3/4 cups Spinach
- 1/2 cups Basil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

- 1Cook the Tortellini according to the instructions indicated in the package. Meanwhile, in a large and deep pan or a pot, melts the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and saute 30 SEGS, then add the flour and very small chopped onion and cook, stirring, 1 min.
- 2While beating, slowly pour the milk and cream, then gat until it is soft
- 3Cook over low heat, stirring until the mixture begins to boil, then add the tomatoes, the chopped spinach, the basil and the oregano. Salpimentar. Cook several more mins until the sauce has been thickened and the spinach has withered
- 4Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts. Remove from heat.
- 5Mix the tortellini prepared and drained with the sauce (keep in mind that as the paste rests, the sauce will seem thicker and submerge in the noodles. Therefore, if it is not going to serve for 10 MINS, add a little of a little water, milk or cream to dilute it). Serve hot sprinkled with additional Parmesan cheese.
