  • 500 grams Repollitos de brusela
  • 1.75 cups Skim milk
  • 1 bit Flour (no powder)
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 60 grams Queso parm gratedo
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
