- 500 grams Repollitos de brusela
- 1.75 cups Skim milk
- 1 bit Flour (no powder)
- 30 grams Butter
- 60 grams Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 units Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones

- 1Wash them out sprouts and yellow leaf. Cook them out from boiling water for 10 15 min or until done (soft). Go clicking with a fork and ready when pierced easy.
- 2Make a sauce with onion and olive oil.
- 3While the sprouts are cooked, prepare the bechamel. Put the butter in another saucepan and heat over low heat. Then add the flour and let cook 3 minutes to remove the raw taste.
- 4Then add the hot milk slowly and stir. Ie take a batch and stir until it has been integrated. With 4 or 5 batches, will suffice. It will be a rather liquid sauce. Salpimentar and cook 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- 5Made the previous two steps, mix in a bowl with the sauce sprouts and mix well. Add the mixture into a baking sheet.
- 6Above sprouts put the bechamel. After the cheese and bring to the oven (medium heat). Light the grill and broil for about 5 mins or until golden brown.
