- 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1/2 units Egg
- 1 units Lemon

- 1To make syrup: in a pot put the sugar and 1 cup of water per 1.25 cup of sugar.Heat over low heat, stirring from time to time.Boil very smooth by 10 mins (stop stiring once you release the boil).Remove from heat and cool before using.
- 2In the processor or at the juicer, grind the fruits along with the syrup.Add the lemons juice, mix and freeze for 8 hours.After that time, grind the mixture again in the processor, adding egg whites.Rezar again until the moment of serving (you can use it for another preparation).
