  • 500 grams Fish (eel)
  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 1/2 units Carrot
  • 1/2 units Red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/4 cups White wine tetra
  • 135 grams Canned tomatoes
  • 2 units Potato
  • 1/4 tsp Merkén
Instrucciones

    Chop the onion pen and fry in a pan (add half a cup of water per 1 onion) Then add canned tomatoes, merkén, salt, oregano, cumin, half the carrots (sliced) and cut paprika into strips.

    Cook for about 15 minutes in water boiling potatoes (until they are soft) Remove from the pot, rinse with cold water, peel and set aside.

    In another pot cook conger (cut into pieces) Add 1 liter of water per kilo of fish and add the wine until you release the first boil. Then add vegetables, potatoes and cook for a couple of minutes and you're ready to serve.
