- 500 grams Fish (eel)
- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/2 units Red pepper
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/4 cups White wine tetra
- 135 grams Canned tomatoes
- 2 units Potato
- 1/4 tsp Merkén
Instrucciones

- 1Chop the onion pen and fry in a pan (add half a cup of water per 1 onion) Then add canned tomatoes, merkén, salt, oregano, cumin, half the carrots (sliced) and cut paprika into strips.
- 2Cook for about 15 minutes in water boiling potatoes (until they are soft) Remove from the pot, rinse with cold water, peel and set aside.
- 3In another pot cook conger (cut into pieces) Add 1 liter of water per kilo of fish and add the wine until you release the first boil. Then add vegetables, potatoes and cook for a couple of minutes and you're ready to serve.
