  • 1/4 units Red pepper
  • 1/2 jars Canned mussels
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Curry

    Prepare your ingredients: wash and chop the paprika in strips;wash, peel and snack the carrot in cubes;wash, peel and chop the fine onion;Defrost the peas.

    Sail the onion with half the olive oil and a little salt for 5-7 mins.

    Add carrot and paprika.

    Add the peas and stir over high fire 3 mins.

    In a pot, add the rest of the oil.Put the rice, sauté 3 minutes stirring constantly.

    Add 1.5 cups of water for each cup of rice and add the curry.

    Cook for 15 minutes on a toaster over medium heat, add the chorites and cook for 5 more minutes and turn off.
