- 1/4 cups Green peas
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/4 units Red pepper
- 1/2 jars Canned mussels
- 1/4 units Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Curry
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare your ingredients: wash and chop the paprika in strips;wash, peel and snack the carrot in cubes;wash, peel and chop the fine onion;Defrost the peas.
- 2Sail the onion with half the olive oil and a little salt for 5-7 mins.
- 3Add carrot and paprika.
- 4Add the peas and stir over high fire 3 mins.
- 5In a pot, add the rest of the oil.Put the rice, sauté 3 minutes stirring constantly.
- 6Add the Sofrito and mix well.
- 7Add 1.5 cups of water for each cup of rice and add the curry.
- 8Cook for 15 minutes on a toaster over medium heat, add the chorites and cook for 5 more minutes and turn off.
- 9Let stand 5 MINS covered and serve.
