- 400 grams Lentil (canned)
- 1/2 units Potato
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/4 units Onion
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1 units Bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 units Egg
Instrucciones

- 1Drain the lentils.
- 2Peel and cut into medium pieces the potato, and in cubes the onion and carrot and peel the garlic.
- 3In the pot Add a little ACAITE, garlic, onion and carrot and make the stroke for 4 minutes (until the transparent onion is seen).
- 4Add the potatoes and cover with boiling water.Add salt.Cook for about 20 mins or until soft.
- 5Add the lentils and wait for them to warm up.
- 6Make hard boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.).Once ready, let cool under the stream of cold water, peel them and grind with fork.
- 7Once you finished gritting everything (you can grind in the juicer) and serve accompanied by hard boiled egg.
