  • 350 grams Chicken (breast)
  • 20 grams Queso parm gratedo
  • 200 grams Pasta (noodles)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cups Skim milk
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg

    In a pot put the chicken breast, cover with cold water with salt and cook over medium heat until it boils.

    Reduce heat and cook 15 -20 mins or until the chicken is cooked
  3. 3
    Remove the chicken from the broth and remove the skin. Once cold, crumble and reserve. Keep the broth for the sauce.

    Prepare the white sauce: In a medium olla melt butter over medium heat, add milk, salt and cornstarch diluted in water (dilute per 2 cda (s) 1/4 cup). Cook over high heat always stirring until you release the boil, lower the fire and let it boil 2 mins always stirring. Season with nutmeg, pepper and salt to taste

    Add chicken to the sauce, and incorporate small amounts of broth, until obtaining the desired consistency (greater or less thick).

    Prepare the dough according to the instructions of the container.

    Pour the pasta into the chicken sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese if desired and serve
