- 350 grams Chicken (breast)
- 20 grams Queso parm gratedo
- 200 grams Pasta (noodles)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cups Skim milk
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
Instrucciones

- 1In a pot put the chicken breast, cover with cold water with salt and cook over medium heat until it boils.
- 2Reduce heat and cook 15 -20 mins or until the chicken is cooked
- 3Remove the chicken from the broth and remove the skin. Once cold, crumble and reserve. Keep the broth for the sauce.
- 4Prepare the white sauce: In a medium olla melt butter over medium heat, add milk, salt and cornstarch diluted in water (dilute per 2 cda (s) 1/4 cup). Cook over high heat always stirring until you release the boil, lower the fire and let it boil 2 mins always stirring. Season with nutmeg, pepper and salt to taste
- 5Add chicken to the sauce, and incorporate small amounts of broth, until obtaining the desired consistency (greater or less thick).
- 6Prepare the dough according to the instructions of the container.
- 7Pour the pasta into the chicken sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese if desired and serve
