  • 200 grams Pumpkin
  • 50 grams Jewish
  • 2.5 tbsp Rice
  • 2 units Piece corn
  • 15 grams Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Orégano seco
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    In a pot make the sofrito: put the onion cut into cubes and then the chopped garlic.Add salt.

    Once the onion is translucent, add the chopped celery, the paprika and carrot chopped into strips.

    It cuts the pumpkin into large pieces, peel the potatoes and put them in the pot of stir with plenty of water along with the pieces of corn and pumpkin.Add oregano and parsley.

  • Quedó buenísimo, agregué carne de soya para que tuviera más proteína!
