- 2 cups Chickpeas (canned)
- 1/4 units Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Sal
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
- 2 units Egg
- 1/2 tbsp Apple vinager
Instrucciones
5 pasos
- 1Drain the beans on a sieve and throw of the broth. Washing a little under running water and voler to drain well.
- 2Washing, peeling and chopping the fine onion. Saute in olive oil. Spicing.
- 3Blend the chickpeas, add the sauce to the liquid and mix well. Continue blending until the desired consistency. If necessary add milk.
- 4For eggs "fried" in a high pan, pour plenty of boiling water. Add a splash of vinegar.
- 5Pour the eggs one and wait until they are ready. Remove carefully with a spatula and left less firm compared to fried eggs.
