  • 2 cups Chickpeas (canned)
  • 1/4 units Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Sal
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Low-fat milk
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1/2 tbsp Apple vinager

    Drain the beans on a sieve and throw of the broth. Washing a little under running water and voler to drain well.

    Washing, peeling and chopping the fine onion. Saute in olive oil. Spicing.

    Blend the chickpeas, add the sauce to the liquid and mix well. Continue blending until the desired consistency. If necessary add milk.
