- 3 units Egg
- 1 cups Low-fat milk
- 1 cups Ham (leg)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 2.5 units Potato
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- 1Chop the finite ham.
- 2In the juicer put the eggs, milk and ham, do not add salt since the ham is quite salty and grind everything very well.
- 3Take the mixture in a flanera muttered into a maria bath by 20 mins.
- 4To prepare golden potatoes: wash and peel the potatoes.Cook them in boiling water with salt at ease for about 10 minutes approx.Then take out the potatoes from the water and cut into slices along.In a frying pan, add the olive oil and brown on both sides.
- 5Serve accompanied by golden potatoes.
