- 1 cups Low-fat milk
- 1 cups Spinach
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 2.5 units Potato
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- 1Wash spinach and finite snack.
- 2In the juicer put the eggs, milk and raw spinach, add salt and grind everything very well.

- 4To prepare golden potatoes: wash and peel the potatoes.Cook them in boiling water with salt at ease for about 10 minutes approx.Then take out the potatoes from the water and cut into slices along.In a frying pan, add the olive oil and brown on both sides.
