  • 200 grams Pork (loin)
  • 1 units Scallion
  • 1 units Egg
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sesame
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/4 cups Broth (vegetable)

    Cooked rice normally. 1 and 3 1/2 cups of rice boiled water. In the meantime, in a large skillet, saute the green onion and then complete the pork cubes. Seasoned with salt.
