- 200 grams Pork (loin)
- 1 units Scallion
- 1 units Egg
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sesame
- 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
- 1/4 cups Broth (vegetable)

- 1Cooked rice normally. 1 and 3 1/2 cups of rice boiled water. In the meantime, in a large skillet, saute the green onion and then complete the pork cubes. Seasoned with salt.
