    Process oats until flour.Chop the fine onion.Drain white beans.Chop the fine cilantro.

    Morate white beans by hand or in a processor, add the onion and cilantro well finite, flavor with salt and pepper to taste and add the flour.

    The idea is that they remain firm but peep equally, make the hamburgers with the hands wet and sauté in a pan with a little olive oil.
