  • 1 pinch Peppers
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 1/2 cups Broth (vegetable)
  • 1 tbsp Concentrated tomato
  • 1/4 cups Rice
  • 100 grams Frozen corn desg
  • 40 grams Queso parm gratedo

    Heat the oven at average temperature

    Cut the top of the paprika and reserve. Carefully remove the seeds, avoiding damaging the paprika

    If you prefer to make homemade broth: throw in a pot with olive oil the vegetables that you have well washed and cut into small pieces, softened about 5 mins, then add 1-2 l of hot water and boil it. Colar and use.
