- 1/4 units Onion
- 1 pinch Peppers
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1/2 cups Broth (vegetable)
- 1 tbsp Concentrated tomato
- 1/4 cups Rice
- 100 grams Frozen corn desg
- 40 grams Queso parm gratedo
Instrucciones

- 1Heat the oven at average temperature
- 2Cut the top of the paprika and reserve. Carefully remove the seeds, avoiding damaging the paprika
- 3Heat oil in a pot. Incorporate the onion, chili, cumin, broth, tomato concentrate, rice and 1 cup of water per cup of rice. Tapar and cook over low heat, until the rice has absorbed almost all the water
- 4Let stand for 5 mm covered
- 5Add previously cooked corn and half of the grated cheese.
- 6Fill the paprika with the mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese
- 7Cover with reserved upper parts and put on an oven tray. Bake 15 mins. To serve
- 8If you prefer to make homemade broth: throw in a pot with olive oil the vegetables that you have well washed and cut into small pieces, softened about 5 mins, then add 1-2 l of hot water and boil it. Colar and use.
