- 1 cups Tomato sauce
- 1 units Tomato
- 1 units Onion
- 1 units Red pepper
- 1 cups Mushrooms
- 100 grams Goat cheese
- 1 cups Spinach
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instrucciones

- 1Put sauté with olive oil onions and paprika, add mushrooms, spinach and tomato sauce, add salt to taste and cook by 5 mins over soft heat.Reserve.
- 2Cut the eggplants into 5 mm horizontal seals and sauté in a pan with a jet of olive oil on both sides and in a fountain for oven alternating a layer of aubergines, one of cheese, a layer of filler and one of fresh tomatoes, Sal and repeat until filling the fountain.Put cheese on top and bring to an oven at 180 °, preheated, for approximately 40 mins or until it is gratin over ... they shake how rich asssss!
