- 1Soak the chickpeas from one day for another in warm water.
- 2To cook chickpeas, put them in a pot with plenty of water and salt to taste and boil until soft (1 1/2 to 2 hours) at normal pot.Bien
- 3Separate chickpeas into 3 equal parts: one for beet hummus, one for the paprika and one for the cilantro.
- 4Roast the paprika has to burn the skin and then remove it.
