    Soak the chickpeas from one day for another in warm water.

    To cook chickpeas, put them in a pot with plenty of water and salt to taste and boil until soft (1 1/2 to 2 hours) at normal pot.Bien

    Separate chickpeas into 3 equal parts: one for beet hummus, one for the paprika and one for the cilantro.
