- 1 cups Cous cous
- 1 cups Frozen corn desg
- 1 units Tomato
- 1/8 units Celery
- 2 units Egg
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 30 grams Peanut
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 units Lemon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- 1Put the Cous Cous in 2 cups of boiling water (1 cup of water by 1 cup of Cous Cous) and let it rest 5 mins or according to the container instructions.
- 2Make hard boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.).Once ready, let cool under the stream of cold water, peel them and chop into medium pieces.
- 3Prepare the corn according to the container instructions.Chicking the tomato very small.Chop the celery very well small, almost like rice.Chop the cilantro.Chop the peanut.
- 4Pass the Cous Cous to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- 5To dress with oil, salt, lemon and mix well ... Serve warm or cold, they are going to love it !!!
