  • 1/2 units Egg
  • 1/4 cups Flour (no powder)
  • 1 bit Brown sugar
  • 1.88 grams Baking powder
  • 1 bit Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Coarse salt

    Preheat the oven at 180 °.

    Cut the pumpkin into pieces, add an extra virgin olive oil jet into the oven tray and roast for 30 mins.When cooling, grind well with a fork.

    Conduct a mold for oven and sprinkle with flour.In a large bowl put the eggs, sugar, a pinch of sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, baking powder, roasted shoe and flour.Beat everything with the blender.

    Put the mixture in the mold and bake for 45 mins at 180 °.Remove and let cool.
