- 1/2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cups Brown sugar
- 1/2 cups Oil
- 2 units Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cups Flour (no powder)
- 10 grams Bitter chocolate powder
- 1/4 tsp Coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 units Zucchini
- 55 grams Bitter chocolate bar
- 28 grams Chocolate bar
Instrucciones

- 1Grate and drain the zucchini.Chop the bitter and sweet chocolate on small pieces (type chips).
- 2Preheat the oven at 180 °.
- 3Mix sugar, blond sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla essence in a container.
- 4Mix dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, salt, cinnamon and bicarbonate) in a separate container.
- 5Incorporate the mix of dry ingredients into the container of liquids with sugar.Add the zucchini grated and drained.
- 6Once you have a homogeneous mix, add bitter and sweet chocolate pieces.
- 7Distribute the mixture in molds for muffins, fill 3/4 of each mold.
- 8Bake 15 mins at 180 °.
