  • 1/4 cups Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups Oil
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cups Flour (no powder)
  • 10 grams Bitter chocolate powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 units Zucchini
  • 55 grams Bitter chocolate bar
  • 28 grams Chocolate bar

    Grate and drain the zucchini.Chop the bitter and sweet chocolate on small pieces (type chips).

    Preheat the oven at 180 °.

    Mix sugar, blond sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla essence in a container.

    Mix dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, salt, cinnamon and bicarbonate) in a separate container.

    Incorporate the mix of dry ingredients into the container of liquids with sugar.Add the zucchini grated and drained.

    Once you have a homogeneous mix, add bitter and sweet chocolate pieces.

    Distribute the mixture in molds for muffins, fill 3/4 of each mold.

    Bake 15 mins at 180 °.
