  • 150 grams Flour (no powder)
  • 2.5 grams Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 100 grams Tomato sauce
  • 50 grams Gouda cheese
  • 50 grams Ham (leg)
  • 1 cups Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cups Frozen corn desg
  • 30 grams Black olives

    In a bowl add all ingredients of the mass: flour, (150 ml of water per 4 people), yeast, oil and salt and mix well with a spoon.

    Then knead (stretch the dough and pick up with the palm of your hand until you get a dough that does not stick to your hands or the table, it is a fine and elastic mass). Let ferment the covered mass so that it rises to double volume.

    Take the dough and knead slightly so that it returns to its initial volume. Divide forming balls with your hands (to make individual pizzas) and extend with a roller. Extend the dough a little towards the edges so that it is a little thicker and so do not spill the ingredients.

    Skip the mushrooms in olive oil.

    Prepare the corn according to the container instructions.

    Preheat the oven at a minimum of 230.

    While the oven is heated, add the tomato sauce, the cheese (grated or chopped previously) and the ham cut on strips, the sauteed mushrooms and the corn cooked.

    Put the pizzas baked. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until slightly brown.
