- 1/2 tbsp Oil
- 13 grams Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 units Orange
- 7.5 grams Laminated coco
- 15 grams Avellanas
- 15 grams Dried apricots
- 15 grams Cranberries

- 1Preheat the oven at 180 °.Squeeze orange juice.
- 2Heat the oil, vanilla and honey in a pot over low heat.Remove from the fire and add the orange juice.
- 3Put the oatmeal in a font and moisturize it with the mixture.
- 4Extend the mixture in a tray and bake for 20 mins approx.Revolver to be brown uniformly.
- 5Remove from the oven, let cool and add hazelnuts, cut dehydrated apricots, cranberries and laminate coconut.
