- 1/2 cups Quinoa
- 5 grams Garam masala

- 1To prepare Quinoa: Quinoa good wash in a colander until foam stops coming out, put in a pot 1 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cup boiling water, wait and let boil over low heat with toaster 15 mins.

- 7Add the cream and water to the pan and stir well to incorporate. Using a hand blender, grind until smooth. Add cooked chicken to the pan, stir and set aside.
- 8Serve the chicken with quinoa and sprinkle cilantro.
