- 1/2 units Quince
- 15 grams Raisins
- 1/2 units Clove
- 1/2 units Whole cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 units Lemon

- 1Wash and peel apples, pears and quinces.
- 2Cut the fruit in octaves.
- 3Put the quinces and cover with water in a medium pot.Add the cinnamon branch, the nail, vanilla and lemon shell (without the white part).Boil by 15 mins and add apples, pears and raisins;Cook 5 mins more.
- 4Remove the compote from the fire and let cool.Remove the cinner and lemon husk.
