  • 80 grams Tofu
  • 1/2 units Lettuce
  • 4 units Rice paper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 units Lemon
  • 1 units Natural yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse salt

    Wash, peel and cut carrot, paprika and cucumber (without seeds) in fine sticks.

    Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
  3. 3
    Peel and cut the avocados in sticks.Cut tofu sticks from a finger thickness.

    Dry tofu sticks with absorbent paper.Sauté in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil.

    Hydrating each rice sheet in a container with cold water for 15 to 20 seconds, until soft.

    Extend the rice sheet of paper on a dry kitchen cloth and fill in comfortable.

    Fold the edges in and roll.

    Prepare yogurt sauce mixing it with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and salt.

    Spread the rolls in the sauce.
