- 1Wash the asparagus and cut the stem a little.Baking them in boiling water with salt for 7 mins approx.Depending on the size.Take out of the water and cut the cooking into water with ice.
- 2Make the egg to the cup: put the eggs in a small pot and cover it with cold water.Since the water boils, count 3 mins.Remove the egg and pass it through cold water to cut cooking.Serve the eggs in a "cup", cut the surface and accompany with the asparagus.
