  • 1 bit Quinoa
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Scallion
  • 1/4 units Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo

    To prepare Quinoa: Quinoa good wash in a colander until foam stops coming out, put in a pot 1 cup quinoa 1 1/2 cup boiling water, wait and let boil over low heat with toaster 15 mins.

    Cut the top of the artichokes and stems. Removes surface and fluff sheets and slips of the interior. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice.
