- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 units Scallion
- 250 grams Jewish
- 2 units Carrot
- 2 units Egg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 units Lettuce
- 1 units Tomato
- 1 units Lemon
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

- 1Prepare the ingredients: wash, peel and chop the carrots into cubes; beat the eggs.
- 2In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the beans. Remove and arrange them in a bowl with diced carrots, scallions and eggs previously beaten. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and set aside.
- 3In a pan heat the remaining oil, pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 5 minutes. or until it releases itself. Cover the pan with a plate and carefully turn the pan to dump the preparation on the plate, and then pass back into the pan, leaving the other side cook for about 3 minutes. until consistent.
- 4Once a list serve with salad of lettuce and tomato and season to taste with salt, oil and lemon.
