  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1.5 units Scallion
  • 250 grams Jewish
  • 2 units Carrot
  • 2 units Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 units Lettuce
  • 1 units Tomato
  • 1 units Lemon
  • 1 pinch Pepper
Instrucciones

    Prepare the ingredients: wash, peel and chop the carrots into cubes; beat the eggs.

    In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the beans. Remove and arrange them in a bowl with diced carrots, scallions and eggs previously beaten. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and set aside.

    In a pan heat the remaining oil, pour the mixture into the pan and bake for about 5 minutes. or until it releases itself. Cover the pan with a plate and carefully turn the pan to dump the preparation on the plate, and then pass back into the pan, leaving the other side cook for about 3 minutes. until consistent.

    Once a list serve with salad of lettuce and tomato and season to taste with salt, oil and lemon.

  • Es muy rica, hice la mitad para 1 persona y fue muy abundante. Seria genial que agreguen las calorias del plato
