- 1Heat a frying pan with a lot of oil and feing the potatoes in Tandas.
- 2Let drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
- 3Apart, fry the onion to brown.
- 4Mix the eggs, add salt, pepper, potatoes and onion.
- 5Heat a large skillet (ideally non-stick) with a little oil and pour the mixture.Let cook about 3 to 5 mins per side.To turn it, help yourself with a plate.
- 6Serve immediately.
