- 1 cups Mushrooms
- 1/2 tbsp Flour (no powder)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cups Whole milk
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1For the sauce: wash and cut mushrooms on thick sheets. In a pot, melting butter over medium heat. Add flour, stirring until you delete lumps. Stirring, add the milk, and cook over medium-high heat until it releases the boil and thickens. Salpiment
