  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cups Whole milk
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    For the sauce: wash and cut mushrooms on thick sheets. In a pot, melting butter over medium heat. Add flour, stirring until you delete lumps. Stirring, add the milk, and cook over medium-high heat until it releases the boil and thickens. Salpiment
