- 1Allow by soaking black beans in water the night before.
- 2Cook white beans in a pot with plenty of water over medium heat for 40-45 minutes or until soft.
- 3Wash, peel and chop the fine onion.Sofrey in olive oil.Salpimentar.
- 4Liquefy the black beans, add the sofrito to the smoothie and mix well.Still liquefy until reaching the desired consistency.If it is necessary to add milk.
- 5For "fried" eggs: in a tall pan, take abundant boiling water.Add a vinegar splash.
- 6Take the eggs from one and wait for them to be ready.Remove carefully with a spatula as they remain less firm compared to fried eggs.
