    Heat oil in a pot over medium high heat.Seal 4-5 MINS per side.Put on a plate.

    In the same pot, heat another little oil and cook the onion, stirring until it is soft, 3-5 Mins.Add garlic and cook 1 min.Add the tomato, water, vinegar, pepper, laurel, carrot in slices or cubes, stir.
