- 170 grams Canned tuna
- 2 units Egg
- 1/2 units Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1Chopping fine parsley. Drain and crumble tuna.
- 2Beat the eggs until you leave them sparkling. Add the parsley, pepper, salt, baking powder and tuna.
- 3In a pan heat the oil, empty the mixture in the pan, and cook for 5 minutes approx. or until it is detached alone. Covering the pan with a plate and carefully turn the pan to dump the preparation on the plate, and immediately pierce the pan again, leaving it on the other side for 3 minutes approx. until consistent.
- 4To serve.
