  • 1/2 cups Milk cream
  • 3 units Egg
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 units Whole cinnamon
  • 2 units Cardamom
  • 1/2 units Anise (Star)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp Instant coffee
  • 1 bit Whole nuts

    Prepare your ingredients: Separate the egg whites (In this preparation, only the yolk will be used, you can keep the clear for another preparation); Chop the nuts.

    In a pot heating milk along with cream, sugar, herbs and coffee. Heat at low heat to infuse, before breaking boiling, temper the yolks with a bit of the mixture of milk stir and add them to the pot, stir constantly until reaching roses or reach 85 degrees.
