- 400 grams Beef (sirloin)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 units Potato
- 3/4 units Purple Onion
- 3/4 units Green pepper
- 3/4 units Scallion
- 2 units Tomato
- 1/4 cups Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1/4 cups Broth (meat)
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

- 1Prepare the ingredients: Cut the meat into pieces of 3x1 cm; Wash, peel and cut potatoes into sticks; Wash, peel and cut the onion pen; wash and chop fine pepper; wash and chop the scallions (green part only); Wash, peel and cut the tomatoes into wedges; Wash and chop the cilantro fine.
- 2Prepare the broth according to the package instructions and maintain heating without boiling.
- 3Fry potatoes in hot sunflower oil until crisp. Reserve on paper towels and salt to taste.
- 4In a saucepan pour the olive oil and brown the meat strips. Add onion, pepper, tomatoes, and stir-fry over high heat for about 3 mins.
- 5Incorporate soy sauce, vinegar, beef broth and season.
- 6Cook a few seconds longer. Mix with fries quickly and ready to serve, add chopped scallions and cilantro.
