  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 units Potato
  • 3/4 units Purple Onion
  • 3/4 units Green pepper
  • 3/4 units Scallion
  • 2 units Tomato
  • 1/4 cups Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Broth (meat)
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

    Prepare the ingredients: Cut the meat into pieces of 3x1 cm; Wash, peel and cut potatoes into sticks; Wash, peel and cut the onion pen; wash and chop fine pepper; wash and chop the scallions (green part only); Wash, peel and cut the tomatoes into wedges; Wash and chop the cilantro fine.

    Prepare the broth according to the package instructions and maintain heating without boiling.

    Fry potatoes in hot sunflower oil until crisp. Reserve on paper towels and salt to taste.

    In a saucepan pour the olive oil and brown the meat strips. Add onion, pepper, tomatoes, and stir-fry over high heat for about 3 mins.

    Incorporate soy sauce, vinegar, beef broth and season.

    Cook a few seconds longer. Mix with fries quickly and ready to serve, add chopped scallions and cilantro.
