- 1Make hard boiled eggs (cook them in boiling water for 8 minutes approx.).Once ready, let cool under the stream of cold water, peel them and split them in halves.
- 2Peel the tomatoes, but if they are cute and firm I recommend leaving them the shell.Cut in rooms and take out the nuggets with the help of a small knife.
- 3In a juicer put the tomatoes, the pepper, the cucumber, the garlic tooth and only the white part of the onions.Pour olive oil, apple vinegar, balsamic vinegar and salpiment.
- 4Morate everything very well in the juicer, until it has the consistency of a thick juice.Then, take the fridge until the time to serve, so that it is very cold.To accompany, put into wells ground hard egg, chopped peppers, chopped cucumber and croutons.
