- 1/2 units Onion
- 1/2 teeth Garlic
- 1 units Egg
- 1/4 cups Pan gratedo
- 1.5 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instrucciones
5 pasos
- 1Wash the zucchini, remove the tips and cut thin lonses.Then cook between 7 and 10 mins in a pot with water and salt until tender.Drain and reserve
- 2Apart, in a frying pan with the oil hot the onion and garlic chopped finely and add all the species.Leave on fire until the onion is well gold
- 3Then add the pumpkins, eggs and the Parmesan cheese.Mix up together all the ingredients well and leave on fire only 5 mins
- 4Let stand and mix with bread grated.Pour all the preparation for the pudding into a fountain for oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese
