- 1Grate the squash and carrots. finely chop the leek.
- 2Turn on the kettle and keep that hand.
- 3In a small saucepan over medium heat, take a good splash of olive oil. Once hot add the rice and dóralo, without stopping stirring, for about 2 minutes.
