  • 1 units Longaniza
  • 1/2 teeth Garlic
  • 1/2 units Onion
  • 1/2 units Potato
  • 1/2 units Carrot
  • 1/8 units Red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

    Soak the lentils of the day before.

    The next day, drain them and put them in a large pot with 2 liters clean water per 1.5 cup of lentils, salt and laurel leaves. Cook them for 35 mins approx. or until cooked (soft).

    Chop onion and garne finely. Chopping carrot, paprika and potato in small cubes. Cut slices longanizer.

    Wear lentils to a large pot, add longaniza, carrot and potato. Add water in the pot until it covers all about 3 fingers above. They can throw more water if they like more liquid

    Turn on the fire to the maximum and when it starts to boil down to a minimum and let cook uncovered. Remove from time to time so that the lentils do not stick at the bottom of the pot

    By while, in a pan with hot oil, sauté onion and garlic. When you start to brown (5 mins approx) remove from heat and add the paprika. Mix and add everything to the lentils
