  • 3/4 cups Rice
  • 3 cups Whole milk
  • 1/4 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 units Orange
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla

    Wash rice well and rinse until the water comes out clear.Remove the shell into the orange leaving thin pieces.

    Take the milk with the orange peel and cinnamon it in a pot.Once it boils, incorporate the rice previously washed.

    Cook for 1 hour or until the rice is tender.Go stirring constantly.

    Add the sugar and cook for about 15 mins more.Add vanilla at the end.

    Decorate with cinnamon powder at ease.
