- 1/2 units Broth (vegetable)
- 1/4 cups Milk cream
- 3/4 cups Mushrooms
- 1/4 units Onion
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 1/4 cups Light Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Queso parm gratedo
- 1/4 tsp Sal gruesa rosada del himalaya
- 1 pizca Pepper
- 1 pizca Nutmeg
Instrucciones

- 1Wash the quinoa (scrub it well, until the water comes out clear and clean).
