- 300 grams Potato
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3/4 units Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pizca Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Yellow pepper (pasta)
- 1/2 units Beet
- 1/4 cups Green peas
- 1/2 units Carrot
- 1/8 units Onion
- 3/4 units Avocado
- 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 3 units Black olives
- 1 units Egg
- 1 poco Red pepper
Instrucciones

- 1Cook potatoes with shell in water with salt. Peel them and press them so that a puree is formed. Knead and flavor with salt, pepper, lemon, chili and oil.
- 2Cook the beets with shell until soft (20 to 30 mins approx.). Cook carrots with shell until soft (10 to 20 mins approx.). Cook peas until tender.
- 3Peel the beets and laz carrots and picar them in small cubes. Drain the peas.
- 4Mix the vegetables with half of mayonnaise and chopped onion.
- 5In a mold (7 cm approx high) put a layer of puree with half of the preparation. Add the vegetables, tomato in slices, chopped avocado, half of mayonnaise and cover with the rest of the puree.
- 6Takening to refrigerate for an hour, then flip the mold and decorate with parsley, chopped olives, chopped egg, avocado in chops (with a few drops of lemon so that they do not put black) and what remains of mayonnaise and some paprika strips .
