- 1Cut slices ingredients in a thickness more or less similar
- 2For the eggplant: Cut and soak in salted water about 15-20 minutes, so that they lose touch bitter that they have, and then drain well well
- 3Peel the garlic and chop fine, and mix with olive oil and herbs
